The staff at this location are the best I've come across thus far. They know when to tell me about new games and push preorders. They also know when to not push anything and to just make polite friendly conversation. Such a wonderful experience.

So desperado 3 was placed on the bottom shelf. I had to bend all the way down to check it out, not easy in a load bearing vest.... Not. Happy. Jan. Apart from that, they are pretty cool, not as cool as a person who has met Chuck Norris, but hey, we can't all be me

The staff at EB Games Riverlink are fantastic. They've consistently recommend products based on my purchase history (iniative), mentioned upcoming sales, and are always down for a friendly chat (when it isn't busy) regarding gaming/Pop Culture. Great customer service = great customer experience. Huge thumbs up.

Went in today to purchase a game and both workers helped straight away and got me the best deal and was very happy with the service.

The staff are just wonderful and friendly, even when it's pretty busy. I buy all of my physical copies of games at this store as well as a few pieces of gaming merchandise. They have a wide selection of games that are all fairly priced.

The staff here are awesome! Fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I returned a game today that wasn't working and they were happy to exchange with no issues. They also had the sequel to the game and helped me to find the game case. I rarely have any problems when at any EB Games stores but the staff at Riverlink store stand out as being will above the average. Thank you.

My partner and I were in store today to trade in and old playstation and purchase a new ps5. We want to give a shout out to the cashier Matthew for being so informative and helpful. He was under the pump with a store full of customers and he kept his cool and served everyone quickly and was polite. Overall very great experience.
